  • Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for all activities under their account.
  • Otlob reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

4. Services Offered

  • Otlob provides a platform for users to order food, groceries, and other services from partnered merchants.
  • Otlob acts as an intermediary between the user, merchant, and delivery partner.
  • Product availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times are provided by merchants and may vary.

5. Order Placement and Payment

  • Users must confirm the accuracy of their order details, including the delivery address and selected items, before placing an order.
  • Payment methods include cash on delivery or electronic payment options as available in the app.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes, delivery charges, or service fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders may be canceled by the user only if the merchant has not started preparing the order.
  • If an order is canceled by the merchant or delivery partner due to unforeseen circumstances, the user will receive a full refund.
